We understand that plans can change, but please note our cancellation policy:
Cancellation Period: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled cleaning appointment.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled cleaning appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No Shows: Failure to notify us of your cancellation and failure to show up at the scheduled time will result in a charge equal to the full cleaning service fee.
Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Should you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
How to Cancel: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible.
